Now a days, I was running online gaming discord bot servers of python language.There are many members in bot discord server, one of them asked question about bot and after some conversation, he aid that he is worked as python developer.After sometimes he sent me invite to join his company as developer.I was so exited for my future but I'm very careful with my aspiration.
After some E-mail communications with the company,he arrange my four interviews.All interviews are much better then my expectations including the programming session interview with their employee.Even I'm not think that i was get this job.
The last interview was organized by working team on video conference.They asked about my personal life,I'm introduce my self musician and I'm shocked when they said they all are musicians.I'm start talking about musical instruments during the interview.When it was over,they are talk with their head and call me back.Finally the video conference was over and i think,"Are They Select Me For This Job?"
After ten minutes manager called me and asked "What would you after the interview?" and I'm replied confidently said that "That was more stressful than i think but noticed it proceed really well."He waited for second and said that,"Even,I'm thrilled to hired you for this job to start your career."I was doubtful after hear that.Then they offer me to join.
When video conference was ended I'm take long rest.After three years my goals was down at that time.And I'm think that's all like dream but this moment i see i had never dream for to complete for my bright future but i knew that it was happening.I'm going to be Professional Programmer.
That's all running well for little time.I'm only responsible my self.I'm spend lot of time as junior engineer in past months and that time so many time I'm failed and i realized that are the biggest fails of my life.
1. Not Asking for Help
When you get profitable job then you must have lot of skill that's prepared you for technically and mentally challenges.You have many expectation by yourself you want to proved that company did not waste their money and time behind you.It's difficult for you but you for beat someone but do your best and don't ask for help.
2. Accept Everyone Knew more than Me
When you started as junior software engineer fill like psychologically.If you have lot of knowledge you have build up this point.When you talking about programming to other programmer you suddenly forget about it.
3. Work From Home(WFH)
I realize that at end moment,I have a option to Work From Home or Work From Office.Work From Home is best for do work faster than office and I'm take rest after a hour every day.I was noticed that many questions i should ask to another programmer to increase my knowledge and i requesting to him to join me on video conference meeting.
4. Too Much Work At a Time
My company have frontend, backend, and full-stack developers.And i was hires as backend developer.I have a lot of experience to build a applications and much about full stack programming.
After completed many assignments I was inviting for APIs, HTTP, Function testing requests.I was felt really good and apply for frontend developer.They used different way that i was not even expect.When I'm selected for frontend i asked and don't work on week and i learn to react like native and everything goes with it.
In the end I still not quite and understand what required to be done.Now I realize that i spent to much time on it now what i do.

5. No Working Longtime on Own Projects
A great challenge in my learning process is prepared myself for my own projects.I'm working for company that had different time to set on friday to do work.But I'm still trying to increase my programming knowledge as a software developer but i still not fill that's the proper way for me to working on my own code.Now I was realized that i was the perfect choice for company but i was wrong.
